My Experience
Client Engagement
As the single point of contact for internal customers, I am part for the development of new and existing strategic IT related relationships and ensure sustained client satisfaction viability. Being the representative of a series of applications within Swiss Re, I act on behalf of the client on diverse projects for cloud technologies. It is my satisfaction to drive the client’s project objectives to provide excellent value for the client.
My responsibility is to clarify the capabilities to construct the most effective platforms for different applications as well as price evaluation to provide the best cost / benefit solution for the customer.
Technical Engagement
I provide a strong engagement for the evaluation of possibilities for private and public cloud. It is my task to support cross functional teams to successfully deliver complex IT projects.
My in‐depth knowledge of different applications, platforms and IT infrastructures is a very good foundation when it comes to infrastructure and application troubleshooting.
Organizing end user testing and end user training of new functions are common tasks for me and a personal satisfaction. I write technical specifications for access management and follow up on the necessary steps as needed. Application change and release management are in scope of my work profile.
